FOUR SHIPS SUNK.
DUTCH SUBMARINES SUCCESS. PLANE DECOYS THE ESCORT. NEW YORK, Jan. 22. A Netherlands East .Indies submarine is reported to have sunk four Japanese ships off Sarawak. A flying boat decoyed the Japanese fighter escort to enable the submarine to make its- attack.
