MOVEMENT BY THAI TROOPS. LONDON, January 20. The Rangoon radio has announced that Thai troops have crossed the Burma border north of Miyawaddy. Fighting is proceeding. The Paris radio says that the Japanese who occupied Tavoy, on the west coast of Burma, are now proceeding north along the coast of the Gulf of Martaban.
