ITS DISCOVERY CLAIMED. (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 5. The discovery of a parasite that had killed all 'the gorse in the Waimakariri river-bed near "West Melton, on the Waimakariri River Trust’s property’, was mentioned by Mr H. Holland at a meeting of the Canterbury Progress League this evening. “This is the best information tho farming community’ has bad for years’** said Mr L. M.
