TOLL ON ENEMY SHIPS.
459,000 TQNS LAST MONTH. (Rec. 10 a.m.) LONDON, August 6. Reviewing the. war situation this afternoon, the Lord Privy Seal (Mr C. R. Attlee) disclosed in the House of Commons that 459,000 tons of enemy shipping were, sunk or damaged during July.—British Official Wireless.
