AMERICAN VIEW OF HITLERISM. INTERNAL TROUBLES A FACTOR. (Roc. 9.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 6. The Vice-President (Mr A. A. Wallace), interviewed while on vacation in Colorado, said: “Washington feels that the Nazi regime will break down owing to internal troubles if the Russians bold out until the autumn. 1 don’t elaborate, but 3*oll can draw your own conclusions.”
