PORTUGAL MENACED.
HITLER’S REPORTED INTENTION. (Rec. 1.40 p.m.) MOSCOW, ,Aug. 3.; The Tass News Agency's correspondent at Geneva suggests that Hitler is assembling troops on the Spanish border of occupied France for an attack against Portugal. He adds that several panzer divisions are stationed between Bordeaux and Bayonne and large units of Spanish troops are being despatched to the Portuguese frontier.
