RESULTS FROM SATURDAY. Most of the matches in the Ashburton Basketball Association’s competitions on Saturday were played on hard courts, senior and junior trials for representative teams being conducted, at the Borough School and Technical School grounds. Players on the grass courts found conditions rather difficult, although better than on previous days.
