The aeronautical correspondent of “The Daily Mail,” who is visiting the United States, says that General Arnold and other American air observers who recently returned from Britain started a strong agitation for the remodelling of United States air corps on the lines of the Royal Air Force and they- want to make a big independent air force instead of the •present army and navy air commands.
