SERVED TO FINNISH PEOPLE. ATTACK AGAINST BRITAIN. (Rec. 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, August 1. The Berlin radio, trying to make cape ital out of the British attack on the harbour works at Petsamo, said that the raid created a sensation at Helsinki, where it was emphasised that Britain started the war against Finland without breaking off diplomatic relations. . It is added that the harbour works are owned by Sweden and were damaged.
