ELECTRICIANS STRIKE.
ORDERED TO REsIIME WORK. (Rec. 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 31. The striking electricians were ordered to resume work at tho Brooklyn Naval Yard after a conference between union leaders and representatives of the Office of Production Management. The Office of Production Management promised an immediate investigation into the union’s dispute with the Consolidated Edison Company, which precipitated the stoppage.
