MAJOR ARRESTED.
TO BE TRIED BY COURT-MARTIAL CHARGES AGAINST MILITARY LAW. (Bee. 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 31. The Secretary of State for War announced in the House of Commons that Major iSir Herbert Paul Latham, M.P. has been placed under arrest and ordered to be tried by court-martial in connection with alleged' offences against military law.
