ARRESTED BY VICHY.
THREE HIGH ARMY OFFICERS. CRITICS OF COLLABORATION. (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, July 31 The Zurich newspaper “Volkerccht” reports that three high Vichy Army officers—General Cocliet, of the Air Force, General Bastion and Colonel Lousteneau Lacan —have been arrested by order of the Vice-Premier (Admiral Dari an). They have been outspoken opponents of Franco-German colleboration.
