TREATED AS PRISONER OF WAR.

STATEMENT BY MR CHURCHILL (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, May 20. Answering a series of questions on Herr Hess, Mr Churchill said in the House of Commons that he was not in a position to make a statement and not sure when ho would be.
