SNOW AT METHVEN.
SHARP GROUND FROST. There was a light coating of snow on the ground at Alethven this morning, but with a light north-west breeze and sunshine most, of it had disappeared by this afternoon. There was a sharp frost last night, 19.8 degrees being recorded on the ground, but only two degrees in the . air. There wore 21 points of rain yesterday and last night.
