•SEQUEL TO STRICKLAND FIGHT

SYDNEY, April 2

An injunction restraining Stadiums Proprietary, Lid., from * paying to (Barth, any part of the proceeds of his fight with Strickland was yesterday granted by Mr Justice Roper in the ’Equity Court. • The application was made by Mr William Wilson, solicitor, on behalf of Gus Wilson, of Los Angeles, described as Barth’s manager, who. .alleged that Baii’th is about to return to America without accounting to him for 33 1-3 per cent, of the fight proceeds as agreed. Gus Wilson further claimed that Barth had, “by threats or otherwise, ’ caused Stadiums Proprietary to agree to pay to him the whole proceeds of the 13arth-Strickland fight in .contravention of the agreement between Barth and bis manager.
