JOCKEY’S APPEAL UPHELD

(P.A.) WANGANUI, April 1. . The Wanganui District Committee to-day upheld the appeal of E. Temperton against the two months’ disqualification imposed on him by the Manawatu Racing Club judicial Committee on March 22, when it was alleged that Temperton did not ride Hornpipe, a second day runner-up, on its merits on the first day of the meeting. '
