PATRIOTIC FUND.
COMPANY MAKES DONATION. (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Secretary in New Zealand of Messrs Thomas Borthwick and Sons (Australasia) has advised the National Patriotic Fund Board that the company has decided to make a further donation of £IOOO for this year to the fund, payable in two instalments, one immediately and the balance in September. The amount was allocated thus: Wairarapa £SOO, Christchurch £2OO, Feilding £l5O, Waitara £l5O.
