HIS MAJESTY’S REPLY,

WELLINGTON, November 27
The Governor-General (Lord Galway) has received the following cablegram from the King in reply to a message sent by him: “Please convey to the /Government and people of New Zealand my heartfelt thanks for their kind and loyal message on the occasion of the observance of my birthday. The good wishes they express towards the Queen and myself have a very special value to us in times like the present.” —(Signed) Geoufee R.I.
