JAPANESE LINERS FOR SOUTH.

Kaisha liners are not to call at Hong Kong on the southward voyages after December 12. No reason is given, but it is suggested that it intended to give Rome-Berlin Axis nationals a southward exit without stopping at Hong Kong, where they would he subject to seizure.
