LARGE AMERICAN STRUCTURE. DISASTER IN HEAVY WIND, (United Press Association.—Copyrignt.) (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 7. ; A message from Tacoma (Washington State) says that the Tacoma Narrows suspension bridge, which cost 6,400,000 dollars, broke in half and fell 190 feet into Puget Sound, after swaying in a heavy wind. There were no casualties.
