MISSIONARY UNION.
THE ST. ANDREW’S BRANCH. The St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Women’s Missionary Union met on Wednesday afternoon, the president (Mrs R. S. Watson) presiding. Mrs W. J. Moore was appointed a delegate to the annual conference at Palmerston North next week. Mrs L. Woods, of the Clyde branch, conveyed greetings. She spoko of the Presbyterial Association in Central Otago. Members were reminded of the halfyearly opening of the mission boxes at the next monthly mooting. 'Mrs W. Thomas sang a sacred solo. A motion of sympathy was carried with Mrs Watson in the death of her mother.
