FRENCH NAVY.
USE AGAINST BRITAIN. IN TERMS TO FRANCE, ROME, October 29. An article in “Tolegrafo” says that concrete possibilities apparently were worked out during Hitler’s conferences with Laval, Petain and Franco involving the division of the, African colonies with Spain. Italian sources indicated that Hitler has obtained Mussolini’s agreement for the final terms of the French settleiment, making the French Navy available for uso against Britain.
