AGREEMENT WITH BRITAIN.
POPE BLESSES ITALIANS. (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) CAIRO', October 30. Ministers representing the Balkan powers met in the Egyptian Foreign Office and exchanged views on tho Balkan situation resulting from, the Italian invasion. The Turkish Minister (Sevki Alban) declared that Turkey has made a. complete agreement with Britain regarding her present and future action. Turkey’s non-participation in the; present hostilities might well be more favourable to the 'general situation than her participation,. It is reported from Riome that the Fascist Council has approved the amalgamation of the Italian and Albanian armies. The Pope, giving audience to 200 Italian troops, said: “We bless all of you who aye serving our beloved Fatherland in fealtv and love.”
