DUNEDIN JOCKEY CLUB. DON’T FORGET WINS GUINEAS-. (Per Press Association). DUNEDIN, October 14. The Dunedin Jockey Club’s meeting was concluded in brilliant weather before a good attendance. The track was fast and the totalisator handled £19,314 IQs for the day, and £43,244 for the meeting. There was only one day at the spring meeting last year, and compared with the Thursday of the 1939 meeting, to-day’s total represented an increase of £8358. Concluding results: —< Dunedin Guineas, of ''£3so; one mile —5-4 Don’t Forget, 8.10 (P. Spratt) 1, 1-1 Doria, 8.5 2, 2-2 Wild Fox, 8.5 3. Won by three lengths; two lengths second and third. Time, 1.39 1-5. Dominion Handicap, of £150; four furlongs—-2-2 Salutation, 7.12 (P. Spratt) 1, 8-5 Southern Wave, 7.9 2, 6-7 Full Pitch, 8.0 3, Won by two lengths; three lengths second and third. Navy Handicap, of £175; seven fur-longs—s-4 Lord Nuffield, 8.1 (J. W. Jennings) 1, 2-3 Rebel Mate, 8.9 2, 4-5 Silver Streak, 9.1 3. Won by three lengths; head second and third. Time, 1.25 4-5.

Clarendon Handicap, of £150; one mile—l-1 Sir Amyas, 7.13 (L. Hare) 1, 2-2 Airline, 8.0 2, 3-3 Spearthrust, 9.0 3 Won by three lengths; two lengths second and third. Time, 1.40 2-5.

AUCKLAND RACING CLUB. <BEAU LEON WINS HANDICAP. AUCKLAND, October 14. The Auckland Racing Club’s spring meeting was concluded in threatening weather. The track was in good order and the: attendance 9500, against 8000 last year. The totalisator for the day handled £50,834, against £41,764 10s last year, an; increase of £9069 10s. For the meeting the total was £124,887, against £100,354 10s, an increase of £24,532 l’os. Concluding results :
