ACID IN TANKS.
CHARCE AGAINST BRITONS. BUCHAREST, October 14. The five detained Britons, including Mr Alex. Miller, are understood to be specifically charged with pouring acid into oil storage tanks and spoiling huge quantities of oil destined for Germany, thus necessitating chemical testing of rail-tankers before their departure to Germany.
