CAUTIOUS CHAUFFEUR.
KiNG VISITS AUSTRALIANS. LONDON, July S. Immediately the King’s car parked at the Australian Imperial Force Headquarters during His Majesty’s visit to the Australians recently, the Royal chauffeur dashed from bis seat and seized the three Royal Standards at the front of the radiator. He held them firmly in bis fist and looked round defiantly. "I know you chaps,” lie murmured to a cluster of foiled privates who had gathered round the car.
However, it is only fair to add that, half an hour afterward, an Australian soldier was seen triumphantly exhibiting a flag which had been flying from the Royal car.
