YACHT RACE.
LYTTELTON TO WELLINGTON. START MADE THTS AFTERNOON’. CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. Making a line showing as they moved down Lyttelton Harbour this afternoon, ocean-going yachts from various parts of the Dominion assembled at God ley Head for the start of the muchawaited Lyttelton-Wellington race. With, the start timed for A3O this afternoon it is expected that the yachts will arrive at Wellington on Wednesday morning.
The entries include four from Port Nicholson, two from Nelson, two from Bank’s Peninsula, two from Bluff and one from Eva ids Bay.
