CANADIAN WAR LOAN.

HEAVY OVERSUBSCRIPTION LIKELY. (Received This Pay, 9.5 a. in.) OTTAWA, January 11. The Minister of Finance (Mr J. h. Ralston) announced that the iirst domestic Canadian war loan would be offered on Monday, and would total 200,000,000 dollars. It would comprise 3-'- per cent, bonds dated February 1, 1940 to be sold at par. The bonds would mature in 1952, through a system of annual drawings by lot.
