SOVIET WITHDRAWS.
PAVILION AT WORLD’S FAIR. (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, December 1. The World’s Fair announced that the Soviet is dismantling its Pavilion, which cost 3,000,000 dollars and is one of the outstanding attractions of the Fair. The SoAuet Avill not take part in the 1940 fair. An explanation for this action is promised later.
