SEIZURE OF CONTRABAND. BRITAIN TAKES 441,000 TONS. (Received This Day, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, November 22. An official statement says that Britain’s'contraband seizures during the war totals 441,000 tons. The total for the week ended November 18 was 14,000 tons.
