The British United Press correspondent at Budapest says that the Foreign Minister (Count Csaky) informed Parliament that the conditions for. a Balkans peace bloc must include the non-direction of such co-operation against third party, settlement of differences between. Hungary and her neighbours and respect for Hungary s full independence.
