AUSTRALIAN SHEARERS
PERMITS FOR REMITTANCES. WELLINGTON, This Day. The secretary of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union has received a, letter from, the Hon. Walter Nash confirming the undertaking already given by the Government in Parliament that permits for remittances will be granted immediately to Australian shearers in respect to wages earned in New Zealand.
