AMERICA’S IDLE SHIPS.
PURCHASE BY BRITAIN MOOTED. NEW YORK, November 16. The Ottawa, correspondent of the United Press of America says it is reliably stated that American ships rendered idle by the neutrality restrictions will be purchased bv British interests. It is also, understood that British orders for freighters will be placed in Canadian shipyards soon.
