INCREASE SOUGHT
RUMANIAN GOODS FOR GERMANY. BUCHAREST, November 16. Herr Clodius, the head of the economic department of the (German Foreign Office, has arrived. He is pressing Rumania, to increase her exports to Germany. Dr. Wilhelm Fabrieius, the German Minister to Rumania, protested against “sabotage.” He referred to sabotage in the quality of deliveries to Germany, particularly of petrol and oil.
