PRINCESS’S CLAIM
LORD ROTHERMERE WINS CASE. COSTS AGAINST THE PLA’NTIFF. JUDGE ON CONTRACT ISSUE. [United Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. Judgment for defendant was given in the case in which, alleging that Baron R.othennere engaged her as personal foreign representative, Princess Stefanic of Hohe.nlohe —A\ aldenbouig, the divorced wife of a Hungarian magnate sued Baron Rothermere for breach of contract. - Mr Justice Tucker, in giving judgment, in favour of Lord Rothermere, with costs, said ho was satisfied that until June, 1938, the Princess was still at Lord Rothermere’s call, hut she had been paid until . December, 1938, when the contract expired through effluxion of time. Lord Rothermere never undertook contractually to vindicate the Princess nor had he promised contractually to maintain her for life.
