SHIP BLOWN UP AT SEA. NINE OF CREW DROWNED. ONLY GREAT COLUMN OF SMOKE. (United Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. Nine men, including the skipper were drowned when the steamer Woodtown was blown up by an explosion and sank within a minute, leaving only a great column of smoke. There were 13 men aboard. The survivors wore picked up by a coastal steamer.
