LORD GALWAY’S PRAISE. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, September 30. Addressing the'annual meeting of the council of the Boy Scouts’ Association the Governor-General (Viscount Galway) said that the movement was not military in any shape or form, but it followed on parallel lines to many other forms of training, including military training. There was that in Scout training ■which would prove of high value in war in maintaining morale and keeping up the morale of others.
