RUGBY FOOTBALL.
THE MAYFIELD CLUB. A meeting of the Mayfield Athletic Football Club was held in the Band Hall. Mr B. Heatly presided over a very fair attendance. It was reported that the playing season had concluded last Saturday. It was decided to hold an -annual dance in the Band Hall on Thursday, October 12, and preliminary arrangements were made.
