The visitors were more accurate in their goal shooting and made better use of opportunities presented. N. Perryman, centre player for Lincoln, was the best player on the field. Mr S. G. Macfarlane was the referee, COMPETITION MATCHES Matches in the club competitions of the Ashburton Basketball Association on Saturday afternoon resulted as follows: Senior A Grade—Technical Old Girls 8, Convent Old Girls 8; Timvald 18, Rokeby 5; St. Stephen’s 16, High School Old Girls 5.
