Tho telegraph offices on the metropolitan racecourses, which seven proprietary racing clubs intended to abolish in order to curtail starting-price betting, will remain open until the end of the year, as a result of an agreement between the Chief Secretary (Mr Gollan) and representatives of the clubs.
