THE LONDON WOOL SALES. COMPETITION NOT SO KEEN. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, November 30. At the wool sales 9715 bales were: offered, including 4361 New Zealand, and 7656 were sold. There was a moderate selection and competition was less keen, withdrawals being more frequent. Sales gteneraly were in buyers’ favour. Best wools were readily cleared at steady rates, chiefly to the Home trade.
New Zealand greasy half bred. On ignore Downs sold at 10fd.
