COLOMBIAN AT BERLIN.
PROTEST AGAINST HIS ARREST,

The Colombian Minister, Senor Jaramilo, accompanied by the Charge d’Afleft last night under his Government’s instructions, as a protest against the arrest of the former, also as the result of resentment at official delays in preventing Senor Jaramilo presenting his letters of credence.
Senor Jaramilo was arrested a few days ago for taking photographs of ruined Jewish shops.
