WAIREKA WINS FLAG MATCH. A win by one game was recorded by the Waireka Croquet Club (Ashburton) in its first flag match of the season played against the West End Club (Timaru), at Ashburton on Wednesday afternoon. The competition was one in the sories of C grade flag matches arranged by the South Canterbuiy Croquet Association. Results were as follow. West End names being mentioned first:--Singles—Ball 20.
