ALLOWED TO STAY IN CANADA
PENDING SETTLEMENT PLAN

Threatened with deportation, three refugees from Germany stayed by an order from the Prime Minister, who granted permits to stay six months, pending Government negotiations with London regarding the admission of a stated number as settlers.

VANCOUVER, Nov. 23
Some 150 Jews sailed by Aorangi, following a warm demonstration of sympathy by the citizens of V ancouver.
