CONTESTING BY-ELECTION

The Duchess of Atlioll lias resigned her seat in Parliament and is fighting an immediate by-election. Her action is owing to a majority of the Kinross and West Perth Unionist Association Committee disagreeing with her opposition to the Government’s foreign policy.
