The Finnish training ship Suomenj outsell, with 27 of a crew and GO cadets aboard, dispatched an SOS that she is l adrift in the Bay of Biscay. A French warship is speeding to the scene.

(Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) PARIS, November 24. A message from Bordeaux states that the training ship Supmenjoutsen radioed that all is wiell and she is proceeding under her own power.
