The Shanghai correspondent of “The Times” says that the Japanese _ are preparing to invade Shensi Province, in order to cut off the supply of arms from Russia.

The Shanghai correspondent of “The Times” says that the British and French Chambers of Commerce and the National Associations of eight countries are unitedly opposing unjustifiable Japanese military restrictions on foreign trade.
