CONCENTRATIONS OF TROOPS.
• GUERRILLA WARFARE IN RUTHENIA. BRUSQUE WARNING BY GERMANY (Received This Day,r 1.50 P- m -) - ? LONDON, Nov. 24. A situation of the greatest complexity is developing in Ruthenia. cllinformecl .circles, do not exclude the pos sibility of it leading to war between Poland and Germany and, possibly, Hungary. It is stated officially irom Prague -that Hungary is concentrating troops along the frontier, and there are also minor Polish movements. ~ The British United Press correspondent in Bratilava reports that thousands of Czech troops are. concentrating on the Ruthenian frontier, prepared to resist invasion directed at achievement of a. common Pohsh-Hunganan frontier. ~, , The “Daily Telegraph” says; that hands of Polish and Hungarian irregulars, drawn from the armies, have created guerrilla warfare m Ruthenia. It was against a sudden coup tna the brusque warning to Poland and Hungary - was issued by Germany yesterday, while German forces are reported 1 to he held in readiness to defend the threatened frontiers. Simultaneously Czechoslovakia has requested the Powers that were represented at the Conference at Munich immediately to implement the promised guarantee ol inviolability.
