’QUAKES AT NAPIER.
UNUSUAL SWELL IN THE BAY. (Per Press Association.) HASTINGS, November 23. An unusual swell running in Hawke Bay to-day compelled the motor-vessel Spevba’nk to put to sea after the stern spring had parted. Two earthquakes were felt at. Napier during the day.
