The Warsaw correspondent of “ The Times” says that the second election under the constitution of 1935 will be held on Sunday. The electoral law prohibits (political parties, but the adherents of the old Socialist and Peasant Nationalist Parties decided to boycott the election. The Government, realising the deep-seated opposition, is certain to amend the law after the election to restore the democratic Parliament.
